Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we offer free estimates.

What do the estimates include?
We review your needs with a quick visit to your site. We will review construction drawings if you already have them. We will also make recommendation for equipment needs, acoustic treatment and construction.

Do you offer complete packages?
Yes we do. We can provide all aspects of the home theatre requirements.

Do you also provide the electronics?
Yes, we specialize in electronics. We deal with a number of excellent manufacturers. If there is a brand that you need, but we don't carry, we can usually arrange to provide it. Please check our products page for more information.


Can we use our existing electronics?
Yes, you can use your existing electronics. Depending on the room size and on the complexity of the job, we can also review your current equipement and advise if the equipment will be sufficient.


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and personal cheques.

How soon before Dream Theatre can begin constructing?
Depending on pending projects, construction can begin within a week of signing our contract.

How long does a project take to complete?
All projects are unique and will require different times for completion. We will advise you on the estimated date of completion.

When can we get started?
We can generally schedule an initial meeting within 5 days of your first contact. We review your project and discuss your requirements.
